1. Wedding Photography Agreement
Will clearly state the parties to the contract, the scope and deliverables of the service provided. We approve the image style according to the photographers website and understands that the imagery is examples of previous work. Delivered imagery can diverge from the website and previous work. The photographer has full artistic and creative freedom in capturing, editing and proofing the imagery. The photographer is always trying to include all our wishes on imagery. Due to the events scope, the photographer makes a reservation against exceptions. The photographers priority is to capture and document our wedding day beautifully and personally.
2. Right of Use
The photographer retain exclusive rights to the photographs. We have personal license to print, duplicate, create products or display the photographs online. The imagery can not be altered in any way after delivery, this includes adding filters on Instagram or other platforms or making imagery black and white. Upon publication in social media, Photographer: Anna Lundgren shall
be credited. We grant the photographer the right to publish and use the imagery for marketing, exhibitions,
contests, editorial context or other legal marketing contexts, both digital and in print (terms can be discussed).
3. Payment
All services are final due to the nature of our services, custom tailored to our clients. We do not offer refunds on custom photography services including custom digital prints or products. A retainer fee is paid upon booking, this is required to secure your date and work done prior to your wedding day and is non-refundable. 4. Change of Date and/or Venue
We agree to notify the photographer by phone/email at earliest convenience should a change of date and/or venue occur. We understand that the photographer may be unavailable on an alternate date. In such circumstances, we agree to liaise with the photographer to find a mutually agreeable solution. We accept that we may forfeit some/all of the monies paid.
5. Illness/Injury
In the unlikely event that the photographer falls gravely ill and/or is incapacitated prior to and/or on our wedding day, we understand that all reasonable efforts will be made to find a suitable replacement photographer and that a full refund of all monies paid will be processed within ten (10) business days. In the unlikely event of damage on equipment or imagery loss, so no imagery can be delivered, the photographer is only liable to refund all monies paid, no further claims can be made again the photographer. The photographer have backup cameras, double CF/SD cards in cameras and secure backup so the risk of damage/loss in very unlikely.
6. Cancellation
Should the event be cancelled, we agree to notify the photographer at earliest convenience. In certain situations, the photographer may return any/or all monies paid, subject to photographers discretion. Should the event be cancelled within three (3) months of the wedding day, we understand that the photographer may keep monies paid as a result of declining other paid assignments. In the unlikely event that the photographer cancels on us, all monies paid will be fully refunded to our bank account within three (3) business days, accompanied with a list of recommended substitutes.
8. Right of Withdrawal under Swedish Law
According to Swedish Law consumers generally have a right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of signing an agreement from a purchase made remotely. After 14 days the agreement becomes binding. Wedding Photography is a service performed at a certain day and time and requires preparations, therefore the following conditions apply;
- Clients have the right to withdraw within 14 days of signing the contract.
- Notice of Withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Anna Lundgren in writing of your decision to cancel the contract. You can use the following contact details: info@annalundgren.co
- After 14 days, the right of withdrawal is forfeited and the service becomes binding.
- If services begins within the withdrawal period, such as planing or the retainer fee has been collected, the right of withdrawal is considered forfeited.
- For a specially made product based on your description, such as wedding albums, prints and more, are exempt of the right of withdrawal.
- Digital content, such a downloadable prints, are exempt of the right of withdrawal.
